This utility converts an ESRI lyrx symbology file to a standard QGIS qml file
It was developed to enable Israeli planners and geographers to use the official symbology (published in lyr format) in QGIS
This utility best supports the following conversions:
- Simple fill w/wo outline
- Hatch fill w/wo outline
- Double hatch fill w/wo outline
--This utility works best with standard RGB colors and partly supports HSV color definitions--
